i think when you embed the video you can choose a size...i think. it's underneath where you can also choose the border. alternatively, you can proably go to edit html and have a play around yourself, being careful to keep the ratio the same. html is all a little over my head but changing the size of pics isn't usually too hard...once you've found where the dimensions are
