fun fact friday #14.

well this weeks fun fact friday has two parts.

first, the fun fact:

i love alice in wonderland.

actually, i love all things alice in wonderland.

i'm even considering putting up chinese lanterns in my room to sort of represent the mad hatter's tea party.

anywhooser,

its my most favorite disney cartoon.
i'm not sure why i like it so much, i just... do.
anyway, so in spirit of f.f.f., AND the release of tim burton's alice in wonderland,
i wish you, a
happy alice in wonderland day!

in celebration of alice in wonderland day, i went searching for photos that were inspired by the lovely film. here is what i came across:

i may not get to see the film right away, but i'm just happy about its release in general!

when i was 7 or 8 years old, i wanted to grow up to be shannon miller (or just like her), the usa olympic gymnist. i thought she was amazing!

i then went on to take a few years of gymnastics (when i was older) and realize i was better off watching it on t.v. rather than trying to do it myself.

i waited on corbin bleu.

he is the actor that plays chad danforth in high school musical.

they filmed high school musical 2 in my home town and i happened to be working at the olive garden the night he and a few of his cast mates came in.

he was a very nice guy.

sorry i've been blah at posting lately.

(i didn't even do a fun fact friday on friday.)

since christmas my life has been {b-u-s-y}.

brothey and sister have been out of school,

so we've been doing movie marathons,

(pirates of the caribbean. yessssss.)

quoting {the office} non stop,

playing lego star wars on the ps2,

and playing card games as a fam.

i know i promised a post of what i got for christmas,

but i think that's pretty unnecessary at this point.

just know, it was an {amazing} christmas.

both becuase of the gifts, and the fam.

new years was a {blast} too. sissykins and i went to a singles dance.

i laughed so hard my cheeks hurt!

let me just say, i'm grateful {2010} is here.

i'm promising to make 2010 MY year.

for sure. i plan on:

• traveling more        
• loving more           
• working more          
• living more           
• experiencing more     
• and not holding back  

among other things. {♥}

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!

{oh. my gosh.}

i absolutely believe that chocolate chip cookies

(gooey ones right out of the oven)

make the world a better place.

everything is okay in the world and nothing matters but the intense deliciousness going on in your mouth.

are you so excited for this weeks fun fact friday?

i have thought about it pretty much all week,

and i've decided to share (in celebration of the rapidly approaching christmas season):

ever since i was little, i have been able to figure out what i'm getting for christmas. 

all it takes is for me to simply shake a box, or for someone to say "i know what i'm getting you" and i can usually determine what it is.  

i've only been surprised once so far. - it was christmas 2007 and my parents totally and 100% surprised me with a blackberry phone.

it was the greatest.

sorry i didn't post my fun fact yesterday!

i had no opportunities to jump on the computer,

 so even though its saturday (i guess technically sunday now!)

i'll post a fun fact about me.

i have a thing for boys with accents.

especially {brown} ones.

ugh.

something about them just gets to me.
